For most 1920’s and 1970’s are 50 years apart. For others it’s only 430 days.

The concept was simple – to revisit exactly the same spots in Shanghai where the pre-wedding photos were taken but this time dressed all hippie. The twist? The camera pointing at the belly, and no, we don’t mean the beer kind of belly :) That’s how the concept for this amazing maternity photoshoot session was born.

Through the wardrobe, styling, and photo post-processing we were able to achieve the look  representative of each era. The last element, equally important, was the setting. We decided to shoot at several locations that had vintage feel to them including rusty backyards by Sinan Road, Tianzifang, and some green spots in Shanghai Fuxing Park.
